How would you describe your hotel? What are its peculiarities: his soul, his character and what differentiates it from the other hotels of the coast?

The soul of my hotel is all in its glorious past. This beautiful cruise ship belonging to the group Vacances Bleues, will finish its “reeloking” and become a true “Yacht Club” in early 2018. It is a must for all lovers from 7 to 77 years old (but we also take before and after!) of this marvellous tranquil force that is the Mediterranean sea and for the lovers of successful, funny and enriching holidays.

What do you like most about your job? What makes you happy?

What makes me happy? The smiles of our clients and the wellbeing that can come from the attention my teams and I give them every day in our daily work.
We try to exceed the expectations of our guests again and again by offering them “the little extra something” that makes all the difference during a holiday: daily gestures, a personalized welcome, festive cocktails, gala dinners and songs performed by your Director…. and the smile, always the smile, because it is a real pleasure to receive you. In my hotel club, conviviality and human warmth are the key words.
My best reward? The loyalty of our customers is the most important reward for me.

Tell us about your city, why are you so proud of it?

Hyères is a historically important city: a renowned French seaside resort, it is the third largest city in the Var department, with a very rich programme of activities all year round. With its many exotic plants, Hyères is also the leading horticultural city in France. No wonder, given the exceptional climate of this region: we have 300 days of sunshine a year! And the most preserved coastline on the Côte d’Azur.
This region offers a wide variety of landscapes: from the Pre-Alps of Toulon to the Golden Islands, passing by the peninsula of Giens and the Massif des Maures… you will fall in love with it, I am sure!

Can you give us your good plans and tips for a day of discovery?

I particularly advise you to visit Bormes-les-Mimosas and the beaches of Lavandou, Mont Faron, Les Jardins du Rayol, Sanary sur mer, the old town of Hyères, and of course Porquerolles, Cassis and Saint Tropez!
Not to be missed for the most walkers among you, the National Park of the Isle of Port Cros, the coastal path of the peninsula of Giens, that of the beaches of Bregançon and Cape Sicié.
And here are my unusual advices: boat trips in the sea, the discovery of the aquatic fauna in Port Cros, horse riding on the seaside or mountain bike in the Massif des Maures, rock climbing in the cliffs of Mont Coudon or of Mont Baou….
