The panoramic restaurant
Isn't a restaurant in Hyères with a panoramic view of the Golden Isles the ideal setting for a romantic dinner? Come and enjoy the light of twilight and the coolness of the large air-conditioned dining room.
La Pinède restaurant
La Pinède is the name of the restaurant at the Hotel Club Plein Sud. As its name suggests, it's set between pine and palm trees, and boasts two open-air terraces. You may find it hard to choose between our two restaurants, but one thing's for sure: once a week, La Pinède is the place to be! Every Thursday evening in summer, we offer a unique dinner and show: the White Garden Party.
The snack bar
For a short break during the day, a late-morning coffee or simply a moment of conviviality over a drink, head for the hotel bar. It offers a menu of sweet and savoury snacks to suit all tastes. Enjoy the calm of the terrace overlooking the garden, or the subdued light and cosy ambience of the interior.

For many years now, we've been working towards eco-responsible practices. This includes the fight against food waste, as well as selective sorting. Above all, we're committed to offering you fresh, local, quality produce from producers located less than 150 km away. Our chef will show you around our beautiful region without leaving your table. Bread from l'Ayguade, jams from Solliès-Pont, wines from the Var, fruit and vegetables from our market gardeners, the whole of Provence comes to you and rushes to your table.
