Tasty Southern cuisine
Our chef has vowed to introduce you to Mediterranean cuisine. To do this, he selects his produce from the markets and the best producers in the region. Here, a maximum of seasonal fruit and vegetables.
Discover new flavors every day, with recipes bursting with iodine and sunshine. Fresh, local vegetables delicately seasoned with olive oil, juicy, fragrant seasonal fruit, wines with a southern accent (and consumed in moderation), it's all the Var singing in your plate.

For many years now, we've been working towards eco-responsible practices. This includes the fight against food waste, as well as selective sorting. Above all, we're committed to offering you fresh, local, quality produce from producers located less than 150 km away. Our chef will show you around our beautiful region without leaving your table. Bread from l'Ayguade, jams from Solliès-Pont, wines from the Var, fruit and vegetables from our market gardeners, the whole of Provence comes to you and rushes to your table.
Buying local also means enjoying seasonal produce typical of the region. Discover our terroir and the unmissable gastronomic delights of the Var. Like our artisanal honey and fruity wine? Had a party yesterday and forgot to wake up this morning? Don't worry, we won't let you starve. You can still have breakfast until 11:30 a.m., but in a simplified formula.
