We've selected a few cycling and mountain biking routes in the Var, but there are many, many more...

Discover Hyères by bike
A great 15km ride for the whole family: the Hyères exploration tour. Kids will love it, especially if you punctuate the ride with swimming and snack breaks. Bonus? The cycle path passes right in front of Club Plein Sud!
Head off in the direction of l'Almanarre beach, continue to Giens and then back up towards Hyères plage to l'Ayguade beach. It's an easy ride on a fully surfaced road, ideal for introducing your toddlers to bike tourism and the beauty of nature.
The Col des Fourches
High-level cyclists, challenge the Col des Fourches. A word of advice: leave the kids at the vacation village club... 125 km with a difference in altitude of 1824m, it will take you 5 hours to complete. Escorted by the song of the cicadas and the beauty of the oleanders, your effort will be light and amply rewarded.
Departure is from La Londe-les-Maures. Pass through Grimaud, Bormes les Mimosas, Cogolin and Gonfaron. Stiffness guaranteed, but satisfaction guaranteed.

VVT and VTTAE routes
If you're a poetic mountain biker who wants to have fun while enjoying the scenery, we've got the routes for you:
- the circuit du Midi takes you on a 6km stroll around Hyères: start at the Place d'Armes, link the Calanque de l'Indienne to the Porquerolles lighthouse, pass the Gorges du Loup, and enjoy the moment. The route is easy and won't distract you from your solitary wanderer's reverie.
- The Porquerolles - Hyères tour: ah, these golden islands, you just can't get enough of them! You've already visited them on foot, swimming, hopping... This tour is of medium difficulty, covering 31km in 4 hours. Don't be intimidated by the names of the sites awaiting you (Col de la Galère, Fort de la Repentance), they're all bluff. Your efforts will be rewarded a hundredfold when you reach Plage d'Argent.
